4. Features of the Water Bottling Production Line


Wind pipe channel conveying system

1. the air duct is the abbreviation of the air conveyer belt device. The air conveyer belt device is a kind of fast and accurate conveying equipment, which is driven by the air of a certain pressure and speed of the PET empty bottle, along the predetermined track, and is regularly transported to the destination.

2. The air duct is widely used in the empty bottle delivery of the beverage industry. It has fast speed and high efficiency. It can meet the needs of high speed filling machine. There are few injuries to the bottle. The length and layout of the transmission line are flexible and varied. It can be transported horizontally, conveyed up and down the slope, and can be conveyed vertically, and the area is small, and the factory can make full use of the factory Room space structure is simple, high reliability, easy maintenance.

Rinsing structure

The traditional press disc water separation flushing structure of the water bottling production line is changed to the opening and closing of the ceramic valve. In the bottle washing part, the bottle washing is commonly called the flask, its main function is to wash and sterilize the empty bottle before filling. The utility model is composed of a gear fixed seat, a rotating seat lower disc, a water dividing plate, a bottle washing clip and a guide rail. The bottle clamp is rotated along the upper disc, and the bottle neck clamp is clamped by the bottle clamp of the star wheel shaped plate, and the bottle neck is positioned at 180 degrees according to the guide rail. The traditional design and the improved design are almost the same in the basic structure, transmission mode and function, but there are great differences in the details, which are mainly reflected in the effect, the service life, the convenience of maintenance and so on.

 


Filling structure

The structure of the water bottling production line is composed of a gear fixed seat, a rotating seat, a lower disc, an upper rotary table, a bottle supporting device, a filling valve, a water distributing tank, etc. The traditional method of the filling machine is the same as the working principle and structure after the improvement, but the detail design will directly affect the user's work efficiency, labor intensity, production cost, maintenance cost and so on. The original distribution tank is designed to directly fix the entire tank on the upper disk and seal the tank and the upper disk with a sealing ring. But with the change of time, the sealing ring will also be aging and leaking. Even if the sealing ring falls off, it will pour into the bottle, and there will also be health problems. And the replacement of the sealing ring will bring very heavy labor intensity and heavy workload.



Capping structure

The capping mechanism of the water bottling production line is made up of three parts: the cover cover device, the rotary cover head and the cap cover device. The cap cap is divided into two kinds, the common cover and the running cover. The equipment can also be used to complete the sealing effect of the two cover types. The bottle is sent from the No. 3 star wheel to complete the lid and screw cap action, and then sent out by the 4 star wheel. The traditional transmission of the cover gear is very noisy in this way, and the accuracy of the cover is poor. The improved cover is driven by 4 modular gears under the floor, with low noise and smooth and accurate cover. The gear drive is replaced by the synchronous belt drive, which can reduce the noise of the equipment, make the test run more stable, and give the lid higher speed.

6. Conveying system and wind pipe channel

A. Laser coding machine

The corresponding code printer can be configured according to the size of the production output. Laser coding machine is more expensive than ink jet printer, but it is durable and easy to maintain.



B. Ink jet printer

The position of the nozzle can be adjusted according to the position requirement of the bottle body. Ink jet printer is cheaper than laser coding machine. Customers need to supply ink cartridge consumables every year.
