RTSM-AJ series is the most widely applied dye products making horizontal sand mill. Compared with grinding tank and the vertical sand mill, it can grind the particle size to 1 micron and could give better size distribution. With this 1 micron size. The time to pass the filter paper will be within 16s. For vertical sand mill, even if its price is very low, but due to its working efficiency and the material of the chamber, there will be big particles retain inside the dye slurry which will cause the size distribution not even and the final product size not reach to 1 micron. A nice micron size will contribute to the dying effect and will also has better selling price. At the same time, vertical sand mill has no speed control, so the electricity consumption will be higher than the horizontal sand mill. From this point of view, RTSM-AJ series horizontal sand mill will also help to save the electricity consumption cost.

Besides of dye, RTSM-AJ could also be used in industries with high requirements for fineness and dispersion property such as disperse dye, vat dye, organic pigment, water slurry, pesticide sc etc.
